Required Education 5 years experience, to include at least one year working in home health; demonstrated clinical management experience in a medical/surgical or acute care environment.
Salary Range: $75000 – $85000 Per Year. Excellent compensation package

Required Education MSN strongly preferred, BSN required plus 3-5 years of Home Health clinical expertise to include demonstrated experience in staff education and training, proficiency in OASIS assessment and EMR- preferably MCKESSON
